These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hyperfier Electronics website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

This website hyperfier.com is owned and operated by Hyperfier Electronics, which trades under the brand name HYPER FIER.
Hyperfier Electronics is a manufacturer of professional audio amplification equipment based at 13, RST Enclave ram vihar johripur, Delhi 110094, India. GSTIN: 07GAQPS9085F1ZS.
2. Products and specifications
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including power ratings, dimensions and features. Product photographs are representative; minor variations in finish, panel layout or component placement may occur as we improve designs. Specifications may be updated without prior notice.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, an advance booking amount of Rs. 1,500 is payable online. The balance is payable at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a listed price is incorrect, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you to verify order details before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Warranty
Products carry a limited warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect voltage, water ingress, unauthorised repair or normal wear.
7. Returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Hyperfier Electronics name, logo, product designs, photographs and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, bookings or revenue.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
