Shipping charges
Free shipping across India on all orders. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges.
Dispatch time
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation. Every amplifier is tested at full load and securely packed before it leaves our facility. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery time
- Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days
- Metro cities & major towns: 3–5 working days
- Other locations: 5–8 working days
- North-East, J&K, island territories: 7–12 working days
These are indicative. Courier delays due to weather, strikes, festivals or other events beyond our control may extend timelines.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also view order status any time under My Orders using your Order ID.
Cash on Delivery
- COD is available on most pincodes with a Rs. 1,500 advance paid online at checkout.
- The balance is payable to the courier at delivery.
- COD is not available on orders above Rs. 50,000.
- Please keep the exact balance amount ready — couriers often cannot provide change.
At the time of delivery
Please check the outer packaging before accepting. If it is visibly crushed, torn or opened, either refuse the delivery or record a video while opening it. This protects your damage claim under our Refund Policy.
Incorrect address or non-delivery
If a shipment is returned because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or delivery was refused without reason, re-shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your address and mobile number at checkout.
