This policy explains what information Hyperfier Electronics collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, mobile number, email, delivery address.
- Account information: if you create an account, your name, mobile number and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a transaction reference and payment status — we never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details.
- Enquiry information: name and mobile number if you submit an enquiry or subscribe to offers.
- Usage information: standard analytics such as pages viewed and device type, used to improve the website.
How we use it
- To process, verify, pack and deliver your order
- To send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email
- To provide warranty and after-sales support
- To issue GST invoices as required by law
- To inform you about new products or offers — you can opt out at any time
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with: our payment processor (Razorpay), our courier partners (for delivery), and government authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Data security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed. Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained as required under Indian tax law. Enquiry data is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you promotional messages. Write to sales@hyperfier.com and we will act within a reasonable period. Note that we may need to retain invoice records even after account deletion, as required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart and login session working, and to measure website performance. You can clear these from your browser settings, though the cart and login will not persist.
