How is the wattage measured — RMS or peak?
Continuous RMS, at a stated impedance, measured under load on our own bench. This matters because RMS and peak figures for the same amplifier can differ by three times or more, and the number changes again depending on whether it is measured into 8, 4 or 2 ohms — so a wattage figure quoted without an impedance does not really tell you anything. If you want the exact measurement conditions for a specific model, ask us on WhatsApp and we will share them.
Will it work on low voltage in my area?
Our amplifiers hold stable output between 200V and 250V, which covers normal mains supply across India. Winding our own transformers is what gives us that headroom — the output does not sag when the supply dips within this range.
If your venue regularly runs below 200V, use a stabiliser. We would rather tell you that than claim a range we cannot back on the bench.
What is the warranty and who services it?
1 year from delivery, serviced through our own Delhi facility. Because we manufacture the units, spare parts stay available well beyond the warranty period. Details on our Warranty Policy page.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most pincodes. You pay a Rs. 1,500 advance online at checkout and the balance to the courier at delivery. COD is not available on orders above Rs. 50,000.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch within 24 working hours. Delhi NCR 1–3 days, metros 3–5 days, other locations 5–8 days. Shipping is free across India. See Shipping Policy.
Do you provide a GST invoice?

Is EMI available?
Yes, EMI options are available on select cards and instruments through Razorpay at checkout. Available tenures and interest are shown on the payment screen.
Which amplifier should I choose for my setup?
It depends on your speakers, their impedance and the size of venue you cover. Send us your speaker details and typical event size on WhatsApp and we will recommend the right model — there is no benefit to us in overselling you a bigger unit than you need.
Can you build a custom configuration?
In many cases yes. Tell us what you need — specific power, channel configuration or panel layout — and we will tell you whether it is feasible and what it would cost.
Do you offer dealer or bulk pricing?
Yes, for rental businesses, event contractors and retail dealers. WhatsApp us with your requirement, expected volume and city.
What if it arrives damaged?
Record a video while opening the package and report it within 7 days. We arrange pickup and send a replacement at our cost. See Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
We send the courier and tracking number on WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also check My Orders using your Order ID and mobile number.
